Volunteers
There are so many ways to become a Vanderheyden Volunteer.
Community groups, individuals, business and organizations come together to help Vanderheyden's youth, adults, and families.
At Vanderheyden, we value our volunteers and realize the impact they have to the successful operation of our agency.
All types of volunteers are needed at Vanderheyden. Whether it be through volunteering at fundraising events, in an office, building a shed, painting a wall or helping to mentor or tutor a resident, you are making a difference in the care we provide to our youth, individuals and families.
If you choose to volunteer directly with youth, you will be required to complete an application and interview process as well as be cleared by the New York State Central Registry.
